KIA Book Project

This is the site for contributors to the ‘Kia Magic’ book project.  Here those interested in contributing to the project can share ideas , discuss how we do things and help shape the book.

The basic idea is that book covers themes such as magic, alchemy, mysticism, chaos and anarchy explored through articles, rituals, poetry, art, illustration, short stories and comic strips, although we can allow this project to evolve and grow in whatever direction it needs to.

  1. Basically, how this works is that posts like this are public, but contributors, authors and editors can also see private postings on this site, which will allow them to share drafts of articles, stories etc without revealing spoilers… 🙂

  2. I think now I’ve updated things so public posts and their comments should show up in the activity stream on the main site?

To participate in the book project, and get access to the private postings regarding it, PM me, reply to this thread or otherwise make your interest known to me. Thanks… 🙂

@Sparrowhawk When writing a new blog post from the dashboard you can set it to ‘private’. If you do only other contributors can see it (not all kia members). Replies to those posts (which automatically get labelled ‘Private:’ in their titles) are also private.

This post and its replies are public however…

  6. Sounds exciting. I may decided to write something, but I can’t promise right now.
